During your first consultation we will review your current symptoms, any medications you take and what your health goals are. We will then discuss what you can do to improve your health using these lifestyle medicine pillars;
Real food; how to add more whole foods, find a better balance in your diet, how to use food as medicine
Restorative sleep and rest; how to feel more rested, prioritise relaxation, and find some calm in your day
Regular movement; how to build enjoyable movement into your daily life and improve joint pain
Relationships with yourself and others; how to improve mental health, rebuild self confidence and reset your relationships
60 minutes per appointment (blocks of 6 recommended for maximum benefit from coaching)
